Description

No. 17 on Old Street in Upton-upon-Severn is a later 18th-century painted brick house that stands three storeys tall with a low pitched roof. It features a brick dentil cornice and has one window on the second floor and two windows on the first floor, all with gauged brick flat heads. The first-floor windows are 19th-century sashes. The building also boasts a fine early 19th-century bowed shopfront with 32 panes set on a brick base, complemented by slim pilasters flanking the doorcase and an overall frieze.
