Description

St Ann's Orchard is a large, plain house from the early to mid-19th century, standing two storeys tall. The exterior is rendered and features a hipped slate roof. On the side elevation, there are three bays, two of which are blocked. The central bay projects forward and includes one window with hung sashes that have glazing bars. Above the doorway, there is a band with Doric half-columns and a carved cornice, accessed by three steps. The building has a stepped blocking course. The garden elevation rises three storeys and has five windows on the first floor and three on the second, with iron balconies on the first floor. To the left, there is a structure with four small windows and two standard windows.
