Description

Charlbury House is an early to mid-19th century building of stucco construction. It has a hipped slate roof and rusticated quoins. The central portion slightly projects and features a doorway and window. There are three windows; the outer windows have later three-light hung sashes set within wide openings with moulded architraves and thin cornice hoods. The central window has a hung single sash and a moulded pediment. A central door is topped by a rectangular fanlight, and it is set within a doorcase featuring a frieze, a cornice, and plain pilasters. A plain cill band runs along the base of the building. It is considered to have group value.
