Description

Sherridge Lodge is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is built of stucco and features a hipped slate roof. The building has a symmetrical design with two storeys and three bays, which are separated by giant Tuscan pilasters. The facade is flanked by paired pilasters. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, and those on the ground floor are fitted with louvred shutters. The entrance has a porch supported by slim Tuscan columns, which features a triglyph frieze with rosette metopes. There are chimneys located on the end walls.
