Description

Rose Cottage is a house dating from around 1700. It is timber-framed and has a tile roof, framed in three rows of square panels. The building is one storey high with an attic. On the ground floor, there are three 20th-century casement windows, and the attic features three dormer windows. Inside, two ceiling beams are tusk-tenoned through the front wall. The house has gable chimneys with projecting stacks, and the entrance is through a 20th-century extension on the left-hand (west) gable.
