46 Old Street is a late 18th century or early 19th century red brick house, likely a recasing of an earlier building. It is three stories high with a hipped plain tile roof and features one window range. The house has a brick dentil cornice and 19th century sliding sash windows. The first floor has a stuccoed flat arched head with incised voussoirs and a keystone. Additionally, there is a 19th century shopfront.
