Description
Woodley Farmhouse is a 17th-century house constructed with a timber frame and brick. The front part features a combination of timber framing and brick with brick infill panels. It has a gable-ended roof covered with plain tiles, a small stack at the west end, and another stack on the rear wall. The house is two stories high and has a four-window range, with triple casements on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is one small 19th-century wooden splayed bay window and two modern windows. The entrance door has a small hood supported by brackets. The east gable end is made of red brick, showcasing exposed timbers in the gable. There is a small iron triple casement window with leaded side-lights. At the rear, there is a catslide roof with a later brick extension and a half-hipped north gable. Inside, there is an 18th-century fielded panelled door leading to the west end room, along with two small wall cupboards.
