(Formerly listed as Woodley's Farmhouse, DUNSTALL LANE)

II House C17 timber-frame and brick, front part timber frame, part brick with brick infill panels. Gable ended plain tile roof, small west end stack and rear wall stack. Two storey, four window range, triple casements above. One small C19 wooden splayed bay window and two modern windows below. Door with small hood on brackets. East gable end red brick with exposed timbers in gable. Small iron triple casement with leaded side-lights. Rear catslide roof with later brick extension, half-hipped north gable. C18 fielded panelled door to west end room and two small wall cupboards.
