Description
This cattle shelter, built around the mid-19th century, is located immediately west of Dagnell End Farmhouse. Constructed from red brick, it features a plain tile roof with gabled ends and a brick dentil eaves cornice. The shelter has six bays facing the farmyard, with elliptical arches supported by brick piers that have radiused arriss. At the southern end, the structure returns with a gable end and includes a stable door leading to the yard. The northern end connects to the barn and has a hipped roof. The rear wall is blind. Inside, there are king-post roof trusses.
