Description
The Vicarage is a vicarage built in the early 19th century, which incorporates elements from 16th and early 18th century houses. It features roughcast brick and timber framing with a hipped roof covered in machine tiles. The south front of the building has two storeys, a wooden cornice with modillions, and three windows with glazing bar sashes. The central entrance on the ground floor has a pedimented doorcase with a radially glazed fanlight, panelled reveals, and a six-panel door. Inside, at the rear of the building on the right, some exposed framing can be seen, including a clasped purlin roof. The ground floor rear left-hand room contains 18th century painted panelling.
