Description

91 and 93 High Street are early 18th-century buildings that stand two storeys tall with an attic. They are constructed of red brick and feature six tall twelve-pane sash windows, which have moulded cases, keyblocks, and sills. A moulded cornice with dentils runs along the top of the buildings. The corners are accentuated with painted stone quoins. There are three prominent dormers with pedimented gables, the central one having a semi-circular pediment. The buildings also have a modern shop front and a modern multipane bowed shop window. They are part of a group that includes Nos 85, a building at the rear of No 85, Nos 87, 87A, and Nos 89 to 95 (odd).
