Description

The garden wall to the south of Graisley Old Hall dates from the 18th century and extends approximately 30 meters south from the west end of the hall, returning about 43 meters to the east along the south side of the garden. It is constructed of brick with ashlar coping. The wall is tall and features a high weathered plinth with a curved angle and chamfered ashlar coping. There is a segmental-headed entrance in the south wall that includes a wide-boarded door with strap hinges, as well as a similar entrance at the north end of the west wall.
