Description
This summer house, located approximately 15 meters north of Penn Hall, dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed of brick with ashlar dressings and features a slate roof. The small square structure faces the park and has a lintel cornice and a coped gable. The end piers are topped with ball finials. On either side of the entrance, there are two three-light wooden mullioned and transomed windows with leaded glazing. The entrance itself is framed by Tuscan pilasters and has later paired half-glazed doors. Above the entrance, a fanlight with a plain surround and key sits over the cornice.
