Description
Pelsall Works Bridge is a bridge over the Wyrley & Essington Canal, built in 1824. It is made of cast iron with brick parapets and abutments. The bridge features a single elliptical arch that springs from sandstone imposts. Each side has a keystone inscribed with the date "1824" and the name "Horesley Coal and Iron Company." The underside of the arch is ribbed and constructed of iron. The parapets have two recessed rectangles and rounded brick tops on each side.
