Description
Yieldfields Hall Farmhouse is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of brick and has a tiled roof, featuring a double-depth plan with an M-shaped roof. The building has a symmetrical design with three storeys and five bays, and it includes two string courses.
On the ground floor, there are two 19th-century timber canted bay windows that contain sashes with glazing bars. The other windows are also sashed with glazing bars, with those on the first floor having segmental heads and stuccoed lintels adorned with false chamfered voussoirs. The entrance door is framed by a timber doorcase and is sheltered by a late 19th-century lattice porch. The gables are topped with chimneys and crow-stepped copings.
Inside, the farmhouse is said to feature 17th-century panelling on the first floor and some reused timbers in the cellar.
