Description
The fourth lock from the south on the Walsall Junction Canal was built in 1841 to connect the Walsall Canal to the Birchills Branch of the Wyreley Canal. This lock is constructed of brick and features some sandstone kerbstones in the lock chamber. It has single gates and cast iron sluice gear. This lock is part of a series of eight locks.
