Description
The bakehouse at Castle Bromwich Hall dates from the late 16th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a tiled roof with coped gables. The building has two storeys and attics, with two and three-light leaded casement windows and floor bands. It is part of a group that includes Castle Bromwich Hall, the stable block, pigeon house, east and west forecourt walls, walls surrounding the garden, and a flight of steps with pedestals in the west garden, all of which are associated with the gatepiers to the forecourt of Castle Bromwich Hall on Birmingham Road.
