Description
This railway bridge, built in 1867, is located 15 metres north of Summit Bridge on Roebuck Lane, spanning the Summit Level of the Old Main Line of the Birmingham Canal. Constructed of brick with a stone impost band, it features a single segmental arch and a moulded band below the parapet. The bridge carries the Stourbridge Extension Railway, which was also opened in 1867. It is situated next to Summit Bridge, a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
