Description

Barclays Bank is a late 18th-century building located on the east side of High Street. It is constructed of red brick and stands three storeys tall, featuring three windows that have moulded segmental lintels and moulded keyblocks. The bank has a modern frontage at the lower level. A moulded plaster cornice and a parapet can be seen on the High Street elevation. The elevation facing Foster Street includes a central bay window that is tiered over two storeys on the left side.
