Description

This is a mid-18th century building constructed in the Strawberry Hill Gothic style. It is built of red brick with stone dressings. The three-story facade features two main sections: a two-story part with three angular bays of three lights each, and a central section with three windows. All windows are Gothic, with glazing in arched heads terminating in fleur-de-lis. The doorway is framed by clustered shafts and features a segmental-headed door within an ogee head. A coved, moulded cornice is visible at the second floor. The upper floor has two three-light windows and three quatrefoil windows. The roof is finished with coping continued around two ogee-headed gables, topped with leaf finials, with similar ornaments on the sides. A single-storied coach house has a central archway with blocked side lights, all in ogee heads. The building is an excellent example of its period and remains in good condition.
