Description

Firethorn Cottage is an early 19th century cottage situated on Dixon’s Green Road. It is a modest, largely unaltered example of its type. The cottage is constructed of red brick and extends to two storeys. It has two sash windows set within moulded brick cases. A moulded wooden doorcase frames a panelled door. The gables are plain and the eaves are similarly simple. The roof is covered in slates.
