Description

Number 8 The Quadrant is a mid-19th century building located on Warwick Road. It features a stucco exterior and a Welsh slated roof. The building stands three storeys tall and has a second-floor entablature with a modillion cornice. It is adorned with sash windows and includes a full-height three-storey bow on the right side. There is a plinth and sill bands on the ground and first floors, along with a band on the first floor. The window arrangement consists of three sets of three windows, with the first-floor windows being segmentally arched and having panelled aprons. This building is included for its group value, as it forms part of a group with numbers 1 to 10 in consecutive order.
