Description

No 12 Warwick Row is a late 18th century house constructed of red brick. It stands three storeys high and features three sash windows, each with channelled lintels and keyblocks. The building is topped with a stone cornice moulding. A modern shop front and doorway have been added, along with a cornice to the shop front. This property is included for its group value, as it forms part of a group with Nos 10 to 16 Warwick Row.
