Description

The stables at Allesley Hall date from the 17th century or early 18th century. They feature a stone plinth and a pebbledash exterior made of large pebbles, with a hipped tiled roof that has a stone cornice. The pebbledash covers red brickwork, while the back wall is made of stone. The building is one storey high with attics and has casement windows that include glazing bars and small panes, along with wooden lintels. There are also casement dormers. The stables are part of a group that includes cottages and a dovecote associated with Allesley Hall.
