Description
Nos 44, 46, and 48 Gas Street is an early 19th-century building located in the City Centre of Birmingham. The ground floor is stuccoed, while the first floor is constructed of blue engineering brick, topped with a slate roof featuring wide flat eaves. The building stands two storeys high with a basement and consists of six bays, with the last two bays slightly projecting.
The ground floor showcases banded rustication and includes four windows, double doors within a closed porch set at an angle, and two additional windows. The first floor has six windows that rest on a moulded cornice. All windows are sash style with glazing bars, and the windows in the fourth bay are slightly narrower than the others.
