The building is a garage and attached outbuilding to number 431 on Church Road in Yardley, dating from the 18th century. It is L-shaped and positioned slightly back from the road, to the left and behind the main house. The structure is constructed of red brick, which is partly pebbledashed, and features a tiled roof with a modillion eaves cornice. The building has been partly converted into a garage, which includes double doors and casement windows.
