Description

No. 3 St Paul's Square is a town house dating from around 1780. Originally three storeys high, the upper floors were removed due to fire damage. The building features a five-bay symmetrical front with revealed sash windows, which are topped with flat, painted, grooved voussoir arches that include keystones. The upper floors would have had the same window arrangement and a modillion bracket cornice with a parapet. The entrance is marked by a plain Tuscan column doorcase that has an engraved frieze and a pediment.
