Description

No. 35 on Heathfield Road is a building dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high and has three bays. On the ground floor, there is a central panelled door set within a fretted porch, flanked by two segment-headed sash windows that include glazing bars. The first floor has a central three-pane sash window and two four-pane sash windows. The building is topped with wide wooden eaves that have flat modillions.
