Description

'Home Farm' is a large house dating from the 16th or 17th century, constructed with a timber frame and rendered infill panels, sitting on stone foundations. It features a steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled cross wings at both the north and south ends; the gable head of the south wing is supported by three console brackets. The building has two storeys and is distinguished by three tall brick chimney stacks that project from its walls. The windows are primarily cross mullion and transom, with the exception of an oriel bay window located on the south elevation. Additionally, there is a late 19th-century gabled porch.
