Description

Fieldgate Lodge is a 17th-century building that was altered in the 18th century. It features colour-washed plaster, an ashlar plinth, and a timber-framed side gable. The roof is covered with old tiles and has three gabled dormers. The lodge is two storeys tall with an attic and includes three casement windows with glazing bars. The ground floor has keystones above the windows and doorway, and there is a modern gable hood over the left-hand door. Additionally, there is a lower back wing.
