Description

No 16 on High Street is a building from the 17th and 18th centuries that has been altered in the 19th century and recently. It is constructed of red brick and has an old tile roof. The building is two storeys high and features four casement windows with 19th and 20th century glazing. On the right side, there is a canted bay, while the left side has a gable and a chimney breast with offsets. A recent central shop window is set in a plain surround. No 2 and Nos 6 to 16 (even) form a group.
