Description

This is a late 18th-century building on the north side of High Street, significantly altered since its original construction. It is built of red brick and has two storeys. A later three-light, angular bay window has been added to the right-hand side. A 19th-century wooden oriel window is located on the upper left-hand side. The lower sashes have keyblocks. The recessed front door is topped by a rectangular fanlight and a moulded wooden canopy. A band runs horizontally across the facade, and the eaves are finished with dentilled wooden detailing. The roof is covered in machine tiles. Numbers 30 to 62 (even) form a group of buildings of group value.
