On the first floor, there is a moulded sill band with two 6/6 sash windows in plain reveals and blind boxes, along with a 2/2 sash window in plain reveals to the right. The ground floor includes a 4-panel entrance door with a panelled overlight, framed by Doric pilasters, a frieze, a cornice, and a blocking course. To the left, there is a canted bay with a 2/2 sash window between two 1/1 sash windows, all topped with a cornice and blocking course. Additionally, there is a 6/6 sash window in plain reveals with a sill and tooled architrave, also featuring a blind box.

The returns show two 6/6 sash windows in plain reveals on the first floor and a 6/6 sash window in plain reveals with a sill and tooled architrave, a 4-long-pane window with margin-lights, and another 6/6 sash window on the ground floor. The building has a continuous frieze, cornice, and a low parapet, topped by a half-hipped roof with tall end and roof stacks featuring cornices.

The interior has not been inspected. Leam Terrace was laid out between 1828 and 1836, with both sides nearly completed by 1841. This house occupies an important corner site and is part of an architectural group with Nos 63, 65, and 67 Willes Road, as well as Nos 51, 53, and 55 Leam Terrace.
