Description

The Toll House, located on Banbury Road, dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a low-pitched roof covered with Welsh slates. The building is a single storey with a plinth and a cavetto cornice. It has pointed arched casements with glazing bars and pointed arched wooden mullions. The gabled end elevation includes a four-centred arched panel, with one window on either side of the pointed arched doorway.
