Description

Nos 78 and 80 on Bridge End are 17th century cottages that are two stories high with an attic. The right-hand end features timber framing, while the front of No 78 is covered with roughcast. Both cottages have 18th century casement windows with leaded lights and two plain boarded doors. The roofs are covered with old tiles, and the north-west side wall is made of squared rubble and ashlar. No 80 has been altered, featuring two gables and a projecting modern ground floor with two bay windows above. Nos 78 to 90 (even) are part of a group.
