Description
Nos 12 and 13 on Fulbrook Lane date from around the 17th century. They have a sandstone plinth and are likely timber-framed, though they were encased in red brick in the 18th century. The building features a plain tile roof with gabled ends and is two stories high with a three-window range. The ground floor has small canted bay windows, with a two-storeyed bay on the right side, while the rest of the windows are modern casements. There is a 19th-century brick extension on the left side that adds one bay. Brick chimney stacks are located on the ridge. Inside, the ceiling beams have stopped chamfers.
