Description

Nos. 33 and 35 Warwick Street are a pair of houses built around 1820. They are constructed of brick laid in Flemish bond and feature a gabled roof covered with large blue slates, along with brick end and ridge stacks. Designed in the Georgian style, each house has a two-unit plan.

The exterior consists of two storeys with a symmetrical arrangement of two-window ranges. The central entrances are highlighted by pedimented doorcases that lead to four-panel doors. Each entrance is flanked by windows with sills, topped by rubbed brick flat arches over 8/8 sash windows. The first floor has similar windows. The interior has not been inspected.
