No. 47 High Street is a small semi-detached cottage dating from the 17th century. It features a timber frame with whitewashed brick infill and has a tiled roof with a brick chimney at the rear. The cottage is a single storey with an attic. The front includes a 19th-century four-panelled door and a shop window, while the left gable end has 19th-century casements and a door. The interior has not been inspected, and there are 19th-century additions at the rear.
