This is an 1810 town house, now operating as a hotel. It is located on Chapel Street, Stratford-upon-Avon. The building is constructed of red brick with a slate roof and a brick end stack. It presents a symmetrical facade of three bays. The ground floor features a round-headed entrance with a doorcase incorporating reeded pilasters and a bracketed open pediment. Above the six-panel door is a fanlight with radial glazing bars. The windows have sills, with rubbed brick flat arches over plate glass sashes on the ground floor, and 12-pane sashes on the first floor, and 6-pane sashes on the second floor. A rainwater head and downspout are located at the left end of the building, and a fire mark is positioned above the first-floor window. The building has a brick plinth and a plain parapet.
