Description

This chest tomb, located approximately 8 meters southeast of the chancel of the Church of St Peter, dates from the late 18th century and is constructed of ashlar. It features a chest on a moulded plinth with inset angle balusters, one of which is damaged. Each side has two fielded panels, and there is one fielded panel at each end. The top slab has a moulded edge. The inscriptions on the tomb are worn and obscured by ivy.
