Description
Spring Farm Stable is a stable and farm building that also includes an attached shelter shed, located approximately 50 meters northwest of the farmhouse. It dates from the early 18th century and features a timber frame with brick infill and some weatherboarding on the rear and right gable. The building has 20th-century tiled roofs and is arranged in an L-plan. The stable, located at the left end, has a stable door and a window opening. It is a three-bay structure with a single plank door and a pitch hole in the center. The left return side displays tension braces and jowled posts, while the roof is supported by queen struts and through purlins. The front of the shelter shed has been bricked in. The interior has not been inspected.
