Description

37 Bilton Road is an early 19th-century building constructed of yellow brick with a Welsh slated roof featuring a cornice. The structure has three storeys and is adorned with three sash windows that have glazing bars, all set within stucco architrave surrounds. The ground floor windows are positioned under cornices supported by consoles, and there is a canted bay window on the right that is flanked by Doric pilasters. The first-floor windows also feature cornices, and the building has brick angle pilasters. A modern porch has been added to the entrance. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 17 to 33 (odd) and No 37.
