Description

These are a pair of early 19th-century houses, likely built around 1830 to 1840. They are constructed of yellow brick with a Welsh slate roof. The houses are three stories high and feature four sash windows with glazing bars, each with a stucco lintel. A cast-iron balconette is positioned above the first-floor pair of windows on the right-hand side of the building. On the left, a ground-floor canted bay window is made of stucco. A central stucco porch provides access to a double-panelled door, which is topped with a rectangular fanlight containing geometrical glazing bars. Nos 32 to 38 form a notable architectural grouping.
