Description

Nos 12 and 14 on Hillmorton Road are early 19th-century buildings, dating from around 1830 to 1840. They are constructed of yellow brick and topped with a Welsh slate roof. The buildings rise to three storeys and feature four panelled pilasters. The sash windows, which include glazing bars, are set beneath stucco keyblocks and rusticated lintels. Notably, No 12 has a two-storey canted bay. Both buildings have stucco Doric porches. There is a recessed two-storey wing on No 12 and a three-storey wing on No 14. Nos 12 to 26 (even) are recognized as a group.
