It features an elaborate design in a free Renaissance style, using red brick and pebbledash, with a tiled roof that has large curvilinear gables on the front. The building has a square plan, stands two storeys high with attics, and includes a central octagonal tower topped with a dome and a balcony. The windows are a mix of casement and sash styles.
