Description

The remains of Knightlow Cross are a medieval structure located on Knightlow Hill, on the north side of London Road (A45) in Ryton on Dunsmore. Made of sandstone, the cross features a squared socket stone and is situated on a small tumulus. It marks the site of the ancient custom known as 'wroth silver'.
