Description

This chest tomb, dating from 1791, is located approximately 4.5 meters north of the apse of the Church of St. Leonard in Birdingbury. It is made of moulded sandstone and features a slate panel on the north side. The tomb has a moulded plinth and top, with large square corner balusters and fielded panels on each side. It is inscribed in Latin to commemorate Henry Homer.
