Description

84 and 88 High Street are 18th-century buildings constructed of red brick with a tiled roof featuring a wooden cornice with modillions and stone-coped gables on the side elevations. The buildings are two stories high and have a band at the first floor. There are four flush sash windows with glazing bars set under flat arches. On the ground floor, there is a flush casement window on the right under a cambered arch and a modern canted bay window on the left. To the right, there is a similar two-window 19th-century wing.
