Description

The footbridge over the weir, located 150 meters southeast of Packington Hall, dates from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of wrought iron and features rusticated sandstone piers at either end. The bridge has a single span segmental arch. The wrought-iron parapet includes ring shafted verticals that are decorated with C scrolls, and there is a band of foliate paterae below.
