CURDWORTH COLESHILL ROAD SP19SE (South-west side) 4/61 Barn approx. 10m NE of No.14 20/01/71 (Queen's Mote) (Formerly listed as Barn S of St. Nicholas Rectory) GV II

Barn. Late C17. Timber-framed with brick infill panels and some brick rebuilding; plain-tile roof. 3-bay range aligned north-west/south-east facing south-west. One storey and gable-entry loft. The south-west front is largely rebuilt in brick and has some central barn doors flanked by a pair of stable-type doors with strap hinges and segmental heads. The other 3 elevations retain framing: 2 tiers of rectangular panels with both short straight braces and long tension braces. Queen strut roof trusses with trenched purlins and straight wind braces.
