CORLEY CHURCH LANE SP3085 (East side) 20/2 Church Farmhouse - II House. C17 but mainly 1784. Later C19 alterations. Timber-frame and red brick, Flemish bond, on coursed sandstone plinth. Plain-tiled gabled roofs with side stack of sandstone and brick to rear wall. Single range plan with 2 bay service range and 1784, 2-bay, parlour addition. Service range. 2 storeys and attic. Roof raised late C19-early C20. 3 first floor casements, 2 under rusticated arches with keyblocks reproducing those of 1784. Segmental arches to 3-light ground floor C19 wood casements. Framing exposed in gable end wall. 1784 parlour wing also of 2 storeys and attic. 2 first floor wood casements under rusticated flat arches of stone with raised keyblocks. 2 similar ground floor windows. Doorway in mid/late C20 porch with plain-tiled roof. Gable end has dated stone to gable head above original oculus window with moulded stone surround and old leaded lights. 2 ground floor windows have similar rusticated stone arches but with cornices to the raised keyblocks.
